The Golf Grip on your golf club is the only point of contact you have with that club. It should be comfortable and secure in your hands with only mild pressure being applied. Standard sized grips work for most of us, however, if you have large hands or have some degree of Arthritis, perhaps the Mid-Size grip would better suit you.
